To create and run your workspace, to bill you, to provide support, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations in India.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers necessary to run the service: our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region), our payment provider (Razorpay) and our email provider. Each processes data on our instructions. We may disclose information where required by law.
Your data is stored on servers located in India (AWS Mumbai region).
For as long as your account is active. After termination we retain your data for 60 days so you can export it, then delete it. Invoices and tax records are retained for the period Indian law requires.
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Write to info@helixtop.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Each customer’s data lives in a separate database. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Backups are taken nightly and stored separately. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
If we change this policy materially we will notify account holders by email.
